How many roofers will contact me?
Up to 3. We only send your request to vetted roofing companies that cover your area and do the kind of work you described. Never more than 3, and sometimes fewer in smaller communities.
How quickly will I hear from someone?
Usually within 1 to 2 business days. If you mark the request as urgent because water is coming in, roofers who handle emergency work respond faster.
Do I have to hire one of them?
No. Compare the quotes, ask questions, and hire the one you trust, or none of them. There's no obligation at any point.
How do you check the roofing companies?
Before joining, each company shows us a valid business licence, liability insurance and WorkSafeBC coverage, and we look at past roofs and public reviews. Companies that get repeated complaints are removed.
Do you cover strata buildings and commercial roofs?
Yes. Choose 'Strata or apartment building' or 'Commercial or industrial' under Property and we match you with contractors who do that kind of roofing.
